Though her MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) performances were tame in
comparison to her controversial VMA twerk-a-thon back in August, Miley Cyrus still managed to be the most talked-about artist on the Amsterdam stage.
The 20-year-old former Disney star took to the stage to accept the
award for Best Video for her hit "Wrecking Ball" (directed by Terry
Richardson), and on her way to the microphone, she lit a joint onstage.
Marijuana is legal in Amsterdam, and Cyrus seems intent on taking advantage of that fact.
